כְּרַעch. sam( Hif. הִכְרִיעַ to cause to kneel; to subdue; to humiliate, sadden), 1) to bow, bend the knee. Targ. O. Gen. 24:26 (Y. גחן). Targ. II Esth. 3:2; a. e.Y.Ber.II, 5a bot. הוא כ׳ מגרמיה it (the head) bowed spontaneously. 2) (of the balance) to sink, outweigh. Targ. Y. Ex. 1:15. 3) to decide by majority. Targ. Y. Deut. 25:1 (v.
